Pickle Diet Delivery Service Promises a Positive, Balanced, and Tasty Relationship with Food

Pickle Branding_2

Eating clean can definitely be a challenge, especially with all the fast food options present in the metro today. When the diet delivery service trend started, there were only a few options to choose from, but as time went by, we saw more innovative and creative ways to put menus together that balance out portion size and caloric content.

Unfortunately, more often than not, the flavor is compromised. Going with low-sodium or low-sugar options meant cutting out the salt and sweetness in most dishes. The result? A healthy set of bland-tasting meals. If you are one who is keen on trimming of the salt and sugar from your diet, then these diet delivery services are a great choice for you. But if you are an epicure who enjoys savoring and relishing every meal, but still keeping you calorie intake in check, then Pickle diet delivery service may just be the one you are looking for.

With Karen Ramos in charge of the business side, and Tiny Vargas at the helm of the kitchen, Pickle delivers pre-packed meals that are ridiculously good, it’ll make you question two things: 1) Is this really healthy for me? (Answer: Yes. Despite keeping the calories in check, they also use healthier alternatives in making sure their meals are always tasty. 2) Can I have more servings of one meal? (Answer: Obviously not. Because then, you will be going beyond your calorie limit.)

Pickle’s weekly menu is always fresh and interesting. Riding sometimes on food trends and international flavors, is on point with its promise to deliver a calorie-controlled menu that’s designed to help you establish a positive and balanced relationship with food. What I love the most about Pickle is that it gives you a refreshing take on what clean eating looks like. It’s great that they understand the need for carbs (brown rice is frequently served), especially with what our body is used to taking in here in the Philippines. Sometimes, I couldn’t even believe that some of the snack offerings fall under the low-fat category. In this week’s meal plan, the Whole Wheat Choco-Chip Banana Cookie was literally too good to be true. But of course, they didn’t spoil me by giving me a whole batch of it. Just one cookie that was portioned nicely to complement they day’s meal plan.

Personally, I’d recommend the premium meal plans, because though they might be a bit more expensive, their cold-pressed juices are fantastic. My favorite so far is the Citrus Sherbet, which is lemon, apple, and vanilla-filtered water (genius!). Will I renew my Pickle plan? Definitely and without a doubt. Try it out soon and tell us what you think!
